July 1, 2006 UUGI will begin collecting annual dues from Unicorn and DRA sites. Prior to this, UUGI collected $25 per registrant attending the annual Users Group conference. A change to annual dues for all customers was approved at the Annual Business meeting held in March, 2006 in Nashville, Tennessee. In the case of consortia, dues are assessed per Unicorn license so individual libraries do not pay dues. Please note, the dues are $100 regardless of when an institution joins during the membership year. Benefits of membership include a reduced registration rate for all staff of member libraries, voting for UUGI Executive Committee officers and proposed By-Laws revisions, and eligibility for promotional discounts only available to UUGI members.
